Ability to exercise warrants in invested companies that deliver positive results and co-invest with established VCs in subsequent funding rounds of these successful companies.

Benefit from contributions from our expert advisory panel working with our companies to design and execute their critical proof of concept experiments.

The context

Institutions that support SMEs report that many fail to generate their critical proof of concept data. This is particularly true for those that are not in a university environment as they do not have easy access to laboratory space, equipment and suitable in-vivo models to conduct their critical studies.

Investors also report that a huge number of otherwise investable companies with potentially curative therapies fail to secure necessary funding as they lack the killer data to prove their technology.

Also pre-proof-of-concept (pre-SEED) UK & EU Biotech’s are often valued at a fraction of their US equivalents. So the multiple on them when they then get the evidence and subsequently attract global and US investors is potentially 5-10x between pre-SEED and Series A alone, and 20-50x from pre-SEED to exit.

Re-wire Therapeutics has invented (patent pending) a new way of administering 5MEO-DMT in a timed-release combination.

Zonula has developed a patented novel small molecule that inhibits N-cadherin mediated cell-cell adhesion. As a new ‘multimodal’ cancer drug, it reduces therapeutic resistance.

NEOBE Therapeutics is working on preventing the success of immune checkpoint inhibitors by creating extracellular barriers to immune infiltration in solid tumours.
